Operations of 705T/h boiler, 220MW capacity steam turbine Generator. Water treatment and demineralization processes, for production of fresh, potable and demineralized water respectively, including regeneration of ion—exchange resins, activated carbon filter and treatment of process waste water Monitoring and control of process parameters (residual chlorine, pH, conductivity, silica, TDS and TSS) to ensure they are within acceptable limits and trending process parameters in evaluation of process efficiency. Interpretation of laboratory analysis results on quality of boiler feed water, potable water and demineralized water and implementing corrective procedures to production process. Routine checks of plant equipment to ensure they function optimally Troubleshooting plant problems using plant piping and instrumentation diagrams Identification of faults and preparation of work orders for maintenance activities using Computerized maintenance Management System (CMMS).
