● Prepare the resource consent applications nationwide, with a primary focus on Auckland Council and Waikato District Council.● Coordinate the resource consent process, collaborating with public and private professionals to amend applications in line with Council's sustainable development and management standards.● Conduct initial planning checks and due diligence for new development projects, offering insights on potential adverse environmental effects and recommending mitigation measures for project feasibility.● Engage in various meetings with the council for pre-lodgement/s92 discussions. ● Undertake site visits to identify potential adverse effects and provide advice based on assessments.● Liaise with the relevant mana whenua to discuss the potential cultural and environmental effects from the proposed development.

Work involves consenting and project approvals for a various type of development across the country. Most developments are the redevelopment of apartment complex and commercial rehabilitation on industrial zone. My role is to prepare administrative documentations for all projects and participate in a project consultation with a rage of stakeholders.

● Conducted feasibility studies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to urban zones, land development, urban design, and environmental sustainability.● Assessed reports and recommendations on land use, infrastructure improvement, environmental requirements, and related matters. Analysed planning issues, determined project schedules, and set priorities.● Collaborated with internal specialists to offer technical and coordination support.● Prepared and submitted the Master Plan for two major cities, Goyang and Gangneung. Outlined the future direction for smart cities and sustainable development, showcasing a commitment to innovative urban planning.

Prepared a schedule for posting and signing of contracts through the national government online system. Also, managed more than 400 contracts in field of construction, utility services, and military supplies for maintenance of the Division in accordance with Ministry of National Defense guidance as required by the national government.
