I am an energetic, hardworking and goal orientated person actively involved in completing projects in time and am someone who approaches obstacles proactively. My role comprises the assessment of project plans, handling of all human resources related to projects, sourcing of labour for projects and negotiating and controlling wages for labour obtained. I ensure that safety regulations are met and procure all materials required for projects. Time management is essential for me to ensure that projects are finished in time. I do quality control of all work done, capture data on the progress of projects, compile a project report and interact with management. My goal is to grow as an individual and within a company.
