With over 30 years of seasoned experience in the construction sector, I've spent the last 21 years excelling in leadership roles that span middle to upper management. My current responsibilities encompass oversight of operations across several key divisions, including asphalt production facilities, asphalt paving division, asphalt sales department, as well as managing construction and sand and gravel quality control departments. Notably, I've been deeply involved with the Utah Asphalt Pavement Association for over 12 years, playing a pivotal role from its inception and serving in various capacities before being elected President this year. My leadership in the association and industry is a testament to my commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction field.What truly sets me apart is not just my deep-rooted industry experience but also my integrity, resilience, and a foundation in business administration and finance, which complements my technical expertise.
