In my work as a digitization consultant in MSB-Aarhus municipality, I sit as a secretariat member in the VT OPI pool. The VT-OPI-Puljen is a cross-jurisdictional pool that finances and supports the spread of welfare technology throughout Aarhus municipality. As a member of the pool, I am responsible for screening, assessment and approval of projects that receive funds from the pool.

We worked on developing educational material to inform children about type 2 diabetes and how to prevent the development of diabetes. Furthermore, we wanted to contribute to public knowledge about healthy lifestyles that can prevent the occurrence of diabetes. The material therefore not only focused on diabetes, but also focused on healthy lifestyles.The project arose in connection with our participation in the conference Global Students SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) Summit 2019, which took place in Brasília, Brazil, from 28 January to 1 February 2019. The purpose of the conference was to bring students from different countries, cultures and disciplines together to create solutions to meet the UN's global goals.
