● Offered counselling services to university students with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, and the aftermath of trauma.● Worked in a multidisciplinary environment collaborating with nurses and a physician in supporting one’s mental health needs from diverse angles.● Implemented a strength-based approach with modalities including IFS, Narrative, and CBT.

Successfully providing one to one Behavioral Intervention service to children aged 8-18 years with developmental disabilities and playing a key role in the successful completion of intake interview, intervention, evaluation, and termination stage which resulted in receiving high rates of optimistic feedbacks from the parents of the children. Implemented support strategies designed to work toward children’s goals, including social and life skills, language and communication skills, independence and self-help skills, and community involvementCoordinated budgeting and scheduling interventions accordingly based on week’s evaluation of client’s progress and participated in case management meetings while following up with current research on developmental disability .

Before launching the program, remodeled program manual, policy & regulation, recruitment strategies, and training materials. Administered community connection and outreach program for Youth, Adult, and Senior immigrants; Exceeded the annual target number by more than 100% from 24 to 52 matches of successful case management while conducting follow ups with clientsRecruited 15+ volunteers each month, while ensuring safety measures through Criminal Record Check and compiled volunteer application packages for HR department. Also, trained selected volunteers on culturally competent practice and on process of immigration and refugee issuesFacilitated intake assessment and brief counselling on 30+ clients each month; Organized and facilitated Settlement Workshops for up to 40+ clients.
