• Posting job advertisements to various job portals• Sourcing for candidates through the use of job portals and database • Managing the recruitment process from interview to offering and further follow ups as required• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions• Assessing and understanding client needs for each assignment• Identifying and developing potential client and business opportunities through cold calling and EDM blasts• Liaise with clients/prospects to develop business relationship and gather potential new orders• Assess candidates for relevant knowledge, skills and experiences• Monthly timesheet calculation• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
