Leadership and management of global field service operations, the review and development of wind blade recycling and waste management solutions, and ultimately TPI’s global recycling/waste management operations.

Responsibility in Mexico plants 1, 3, 4, and 5, which includes our Matamoros operation, our new Tooling Operations (MX5) and the Santa Teresa NM Wind blades distribution center.

Responsibility for the 3 wind blade factories in Juarez, Mexico

- Starting up the new TPI Composites factory in Juarez, Mexico- Hiring/Training Personnel, Installing Equipment- Six Production lines, multiple Customers- Scrimp infusion with Expoxy and Polyester resin systems- Capacity to manufacture Windblades up to 65m. long

- Engineering support in the Newton Iowa Operation reducing cycle time- Izmir, Turkey start-up Operation; Provided Technical support over the Engineering, Quality and Training Departments from May to September 2012.- Process improvements.- Developing Training for all new employees in all levels.

Developing new projects and Manufacturing prototypes for different customers.Start-up and Production planning in different facilities.Developing Work Instructions, Procedures and training materials.

- Responsible for providing support to the Manufacturing Area, Managing the Engineering, Quality (ISO 9000 Certification), Maintenance and Training Departments.- 1300 Employees manufacturing Wind Blades for the US Market on 12 Production Lines; Facility located in Juarez, Mexico.- Responsible for the implementation of a successful start-up of the 50m. Wind Blade, working with the design team (MHI & TPI) to deliver a robust, repeatable manufacturing system that supports the goals/parameters of the business.

Fabrication of Wind Blades for energy generators from Mitsubishi Power Systems• Actually Responsible for preparing the operations planning and the implementation of a successful start-up of the 45/46m. Wind Blade, working with the design team (MHI & TPI) to deliver a robust, repeatable manufacturing system that supports the goals/parameters of the business plan and work with the VienTek team to develop/manage the start-up organization.

• Responsible of maintain and distribute customer specifications, generate engineering changes and obtain customer approval.• Ensure all the required manufacturing processes and visual aids are in place, apply continuous improvement to all procedures, fixtures/tools and manufacturing methods, assist to reach the aggressive production plan with quality blades.• Responsible of the Mold Maintenance Department to ensure long life of the tooling for Quality Blades.• New Product Development, working with Mitsubishi Power Systems and TPI Composites to develop the 29m Wind Blade with continuous improvements and cost reductions on Bill of Materials.• Manufactured prototypes, flight and test blades for the 45m program project, traveling to Warren, RI in USA to assist on tooling development.• Traveling often to Nagasaki, Japan to learn and be trained for the manufacturing process of the 45 start up program.

• Manufacturing three blades per day supervising 7 production supervisors plus indirectly 150 employees at the manufacturing area working on 1st and 2nd shift.• Administrated human resources to reach the goals of the company.• Reached successfully the Production plan 100% with Quality product.• New Product Development, working with Mitsubishi Power Systems and TPI Composites to develop the 29m Wind Blade with continuous improvements and cost reductions on Bill of Materials.

• Start-up of the plant with two lines of the 27m Wind Blades, went to Warren RI to transfer the production lines to VienTek Mexico.• Created and developed new Manufacturing process.• Created clear work instructions and visual aids for the different manufacturing process, maintained updated.• Audited the manufacturing process and have continuous improvements for a more efficient production methods and good quality product.• Translate, Document and distribute all specifications from customers and suppliers.• Trained and Certified employees from manufacturing areas.• Created plant layouts and component drawings.

Kichler MexicoFabrication of lighting fixtures and lamps made of cast metal and wrought iron.• Develop of new product for the manufacturing process, ensure all new products is correct, meets the specifications and is free of defects when implemented in production.• Conducted personal design of new product and made modifications to existing product using three dimensional software SolidWorks, AutoCAD and free hand drafting to create new concepts.• Create and release to Engineering department Blue prints, specifications, visual aids, new line set-up and floor distribution, design assembly fixtures, tools and packaging system.

• Consulted manufacturing companies (Juarez, Mexico) for new product development, equipment and floor distribution, assembly fixtures and jigs, tools and packaging system.• Provided training for computer aided design (AutoCAD) and free hand drafting for university students, manufacturing companies and architects.• Provided design and assisted business for new logos, product illustrations, graphic design, product catalogues, construction blue prints and visual aids.• Provided mechanical design and drafting for machine shops.

Bravo Electro sistemas MexicoManufacturing of auto speaker systems• Provided assistance to the design department creating blue prints, specifications and work instructions for manufacturing.• Maintain documentation, specifications and drawings from customers and supply specifications to manufacturing

Fabrication of automotive climate control systems, for Ford Motor Company. Juarez, Mexico Facility.• Supervised draftsman’s for the elaboration of blue prints from machines and equipment, spare parts, fixtures and jigs, documentation and distribution of specifications to engineering and manufacturing.• Create and coordinate others for instructions and visual aids, plant distribution, process flow and bill of materials.
