• Co-led in the development of the South Sudan Famine EFSVL response strategy. Conducted technical FSL assessments which informed the famine response strategy (encompassed market assessments, rapid needs assessments, cash transfer feasibility studies, livelihoods profiling etc.)• Spearheaded identification of local partners through conducting partner assessments and identifying partner capacity building needs. Was responsible for technical quality management of the FSL program from inception to closure, implemented directly and through local partners. • Oversaw monitoring and evaluation of the FSL famine response program including design of the monitoring and evaluation plans and managing results tracking (outputs and outcomes), data analysis and reporting.• Mentored the FSL program team and partner staff ensuring they had the technical skills to deliver a quality program by conducting a skills audit and developing and implementing staff development plans. • Was an active member of the FSL cluster and the Cash Working Group.

• Led the development of the EFSVL country strategy and country FSL contingency plan. Co-led needs assessments and market assessments which informed the El Nino drought response strategy.• Involved in the development and implementation of the Oxfam Food Security El Nino Drought Response and Flood Response Strategy in partnership with 5 National NGOs. Managed an integrated FSL and WASH response program incorporating unconditional cash and conditional cash, traders support, livelihoods input support through paper and e-vouchers, multi cash grants and community-based disaster risk management. Was part of the Oxfam Southern Africa humanitarian surge team.• Facilitated the reactivation and training of Disaster Management Committees and development of District Disaster Management Plans in all Oxfam Zimbabwe target districts. Was a key member of the Zimbabwe Vulnerability Assessment Committee which conducted yearly national Rural Livelihoods Assessments and Market Assessments).• Was an Oxfam accredited Emergency Market Mapping Analysis trainer and a member of the Cash Programming Strategic Advisory Group which was instrumental in the drafting of the multi-sectoral cash working group Terms of Reference in 2017.
