Is a Unified Communication & Collaboration department that I'm aware of providing good voice and videoconferencing service for whole company (around 27.000 employees of 35 countries).Also I listen/debate the requests of business (each country or department) for their needs to improve or new functionalities to be added at our UC&C infrastructure like: recording, locutions, conferencing, desktop/presentation sharing, optimizing costs...With my UC&C team we upgraded some technologies without interruption of service such as: E1/P1 primaries to NGN (Next Generation Network), CUCM Consolidation (30 CUCM to 3 Mega CUCM), Enterprise Voice for mobility users, mixing multiple third party companies for voice and videoconferencing, migration from Skype to Teams, ...

In the Net & Communications Department, I am responsible for improve the videoconferencing arquitecture. It is a 6 months project to change the policy, re-configuring the VC endpoints (TANDBERG & POLYCOM) and the VC servers (TMS, VCS Control, VCS Expressway, MCU, RadVision, ...) to get better user's experience depends of IP bandwidth of any branch across the world (REPSOL Company). It's a ambitious, stressful project but I am enjoying doing this with my fantastic boss and co-workers.

Responsible for the administration section for system and network surveys of new businesses in Luanda (Angola).Designing, making, setting up the network at server's systems and communications (data and voice) without disturbing client while them are working at the same time.Checking the network and communication systems is working well.System administrator at home/business to fix any networking or software or hardware problems.Intalling and setting up the secure cameras at oustide and inside of the buildings (restaurants, offices, business).

The goal of this role was to improve the web management of the ESPLAC FOUNDATION, specialists in recreational activities for children. Developed in LAMP and XAMPP web solution stack package including PHP, MySQL and APACHE in Linux platform. Also the CSS, HTML and JavaScript Language programming.The web application is to manage the accounts, activities, projects and personnel of the foundation. In order to work comfortable, easy and visual to everyone. Also fixing bugs and improving according to the request of users of the application to optimize their work.The other tasks were checking that all web services were working well, managing the server and making backup of the databases of this foundation.

The main duty of this role was the administration and management of the Information System of the Office. This System has 2 Windows 2003 Server, 16 client computers and VoIP technology. Use of Active Directory, Exchange mail Server and networking management of the Office. The software used is the Microsoft Office suite, Local Panamanian Databases and a few of Networking Monitoring Tools among others. Other tasks are IT shopping adviser, support (hard & soft) to 16 users, back up, training courses and general IT assessment of the Office. The goal of the role was to programmer for Spanish’s bank mergers and improve with a COBOL, .NET and C++ languages for the banks management. Working within a Team, it was my duty to Escalate Emerging Hot Issues to Engineering which could be of critical importance and to be aware of the latest Consumer / Professional Information Technologies developed.
