I deliver vehicles, obtain financing for customer, present Finance products through menu selling, make sure the dealership is compliant to the laws and regulations for the state. I maintain the highest customer satisfaction score while still producing for the department. I have an amazing relationship with lenders and Bank representatives. I have participated in a week-long course on laws and regulations, and proper presentations. My contracts in transit are never a problem.

I managed a Highline Import used vehicle dealership. I managed 10 sales professionals, and did all the Finacing. I purchased inventory, managed inventory, and kept a 90 inventory turn. We sold BMW, Bently, Maserati, Ferrari, Lotus and Mercedes.
