We live in a time of disruption: climate change, deglobalization, cyber threats at industrial scale, and AI to name a few. Disruption is now normal and persistent adaptation is the new standard of work.This fits my skills, experience, and way of working brought about from 16 years in management consulting and 15 years as a CMO – helping customers adapt to the many forces disrupting operations while still driving growth.My strengths lay in my ability to drive both change and growth simultaneously. I eliminate the need for organizations to choose between slowing down growth to make structural change or postponing changes to prioritize growth. I have done this in start-up mode (Nexage), as part of repositioning (Lavastorm), and within mature businesses seeking to accelerate growth (BoozAllen, Gartner, Forrester, Fastmarkets). I have taken the ability to drive change and growth to ESG/Sustainability where firms need to deliver sustainability and financial performance. The stakes are high, the risks are many, the opportunities are there, and the challenge is awesome. It is an opportunity of a lifetime and fits my passion and experience. Along the way, I have gained experience in helping companies in several industries:1.
