Preparation of Business Cases for New Businesses and Contract Renewals, aiming at- Economic and financial viability of the business;- Identification of Operational Risks;- Action plans to minimize such risks;- On-site visit for structural and financial verification of the business (necessary investments and such);- Benchmarking to verify billing and expenses;- Identification of all necessary investments to implement and maintain the business throughout the contract period;- Commercial validation of the company's new contracts- Analysis of the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of all businesses;- Verification of the PIR (Post Implementation Review) of New Businesses.2. Income Statement analysis of all businesses3. Budget analysis and preparation for all businesses, new and base, of the company4.
