Travel Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:- Working exclusively with Business and First Class travelers; - Working with the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong markets, assisting worldwide travel arrangements;- Booking flights, hotels, transfers, and car rental services; - Providing the highest level of customer service through-out the travel experience; - Establishing long-term relationships with customers based on trust, exceeding expectations and meeting the highest standards; - Handling customer complaints, payment discrepancies, refunds, exchanges, charge-backs;- Assisting in the development and review of standard operating procedures;- Keeping up to date on markets changes, travel trends and industry development;- Implementing new products, tools and travel tips;- Conducting trainings with new team-mates.Achievements:- Helped to build a customer-base from scratch; - Contributed to the affirmation of the company on the US and international market.
