Coming from humble beginnings, I've always been driven to improve and prove myself. I strived to be better than my situation by improving what I could control. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and something I have stayed consistent with through high school, college, and the military, till today. I enjoy reading blogs and listening to podcasts about how to improve my physical and mental health. Business is about constant improvement and commitment to a process that may seem repetitive but produces the best results. Every day, the small wins are rewarding enough for me to keep moving forward. "Win the day and prepare for tomorrow" is what I tell myself every morning I wake up to stay disciplined. I value mentoring others and sharing my knowledge to help someone reach their goals. During my time in the military, I was fortunate to be put in supervisory and leadership roles for over 15 members to mentor them and help them reach success. Mentorship and building quality connections are valuable and set up the next generation for success.
