This is a group function controlling Hass affiliates (11 countries). Main roles;- Sharing AR inputs for Management reports.- Preparation of Group AR aging reports and AR reports per affiliate.- Preparation of Group IFRS 9 provision models.- Preparation of Group DSO numbers and DSO per affiliate.- Chairing of weekly AR meetings and continuous engagement with all in-country teams.- Working on ensuring reduction of +60 Days overdue A/Cs through legal and company debt recovery agents.- Other AR management and order management responsibilities.

Roles include but not limited to,- Order management in Oracle E-Business Suit for both credit and cash customers.- Managing books for debtors accounts and understanding what their needs are and how to deal with late payments on each of them.- contacting debtors and ensuring payment of outstanding invoices is made in accordance with the credit policy.- Management of Post dated cheques' register and orders for customers on Post dated cheque on delivery credit terms.- Credit checking new customers and open new credit accounts ensuring the company has all the relevant information on the debtor.- Record keeping of all communications with the customers- Resolving discrepancies for clients and liaising internally to progress any problems that are being handled in any other department.- Reconciling debtor accounts and circulating Customer Statements monthly.

Roles in the position included;- Reconciliation of supplier and bank accounts.- Verification and processing of accounts payable documents.- Processing invoices and generating cheques.- Resolving invoice discrepancies.- Performing month end account analysis and reconciliation.- Monitoring of payment status of accounts.- Assisting with month end closures.- Processing and verification of Petty cash for different Hass locations.- Filing of withholding VAT and Tax to KRA through Itax.- Providing general support to the Accounting Department.

Tasked with,- Verification and record keeping of the County revenue documents.- Preparation of payment vouchers.- Analyzing and providing information on overdue accounts.- Helping in bookkeeping.
