Victor serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sunbase Solar, a thriving solar installation service enterprise with a track record of over five years in the industry. Through strategic alliances and partnerships, we partnered with Sendme, a food Technology startup to power up their fulfillment centers and our Technical installation service partnership with Sunking, a PAYG SHS service provider. We have consistently achieved remarkable project successes. Operating with a versatile business model encompassing both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) approaches, we cater to fellow solar companies and individual clients, positioning ourselves as industry frontrunners.Under Victor's visionary leadership, Sunbase Solar has experienced exponential growth, bolstered by his prowess in business development, adept team building and management, and effective representation as a brand ambassador and industry advocate. His multifaceted contributions have been instrumental in elevating Sunbase Solar's stature and influence within the solar energy sector.

During my time as the Team Lead at Sunbase, I spearheaded various projects, including the Agric. Economics Dept. of Obafemi Awolowo University, the Intensive Care Unit of Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido Ekiti, and the Rural Electrification Agency's initiative to power up public health centers in Ibadan, among others, such as the New Nigeria Foundation in Lekki, Lagos. These diverse projects significantly contributed to enhancing my skills in team management, project management, and people management due to their distinct nature and challenges.

AOcity provided me with invaluable practical experience to complement my theoretical knowledge, offering hands-on exposure to electrical and solar solutions, including design, installation, and commissioning. During this time, I honed my problem-solving abilities by navigating various situations and learning to anticipate and manage unforeseen challenges. I had the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance of American Towers of Nigeria (ATC)'s network masts under the Airtel brand, representing a subcontracting company while working on programming Rectifier modules and, swapping out old rectifier modules, installing solar solutions, and upgrading OPZV for LiFePO⁴ LG Chem batteries.
