DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) & DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report) preparation these documents reflect all design plans required to launch a new product, it includes tests, simulations, Tolerance Stack up analysis, drawing updates, I/O manual, safety audits and serviceability evaluations. The reliability program integrates the PFMEA, control plan, Work instructions, and FRACAS system. In parallel, I prepare the Reliability testing as a Life test, Fatigue test when the system, subsystem, or components need to be evaluated using Reliability Software (Weibull) or Minitab. I have carried out the Reliability prediction report analyzing all the BOM and based on historical quality information. In terms of Safety I coordinate the Safety product audit based on our standards and customer usage, MHA (Major Hazard Analysis) document is filled out to prevent potential safety issues. I record all issues discovered in safety audits with high severity are adressed in FRACAS system. Show less
