Chief Staff Analyst
CurrentPartner with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations. Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction. Develops executive level briefings. Lead the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. ● Execute critical reviews of operational health, facility requirements, and resource allocation. ● Serve as the communication interface and single point of contact for leaders.● Advance program financial and staffing health as a key role in business process excellence.● Support supplier partner collaboration to cultivate a path to success and open communication.● Fostered beneficial relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and partners. ● Serve as Adaptive Planning Focal, Basis of Estimate Focal, and Staffing Focal for Airframe Structures.
