20+ years' experience working with semiconductor wafer processing equipment in a clean room manufacturing environment as related to Modular Final Test and Integrated Assembly/ Test. Previous roles include Manufacturing Focal for Quality, Final Test and On the Job Training. Responsible for Training Reports, Quality Inspections/ Process Improvement Projects. Supported Field Teams during equipment Installation and Startup at customer sites. Worked with electro-optical laser integrated assemblies, pneumatics, robotics, high vacuum, high voltage and software control systems. Used electronic test equipment and precision measuring instruments to complete electrical, mechanical and optical tests. Performed calibrations and inspections using established quality control standards, test procedures, applicable drawings and/or military specifications.Collaborated with Engineering to review and update assembly/test procedures. Recorded and processed quality records for defective material using established company specific software and databases linked to SAP, Oracle. Have obtained secret clearance when required for working on government contracts.
