Joining as Director of Engineering at Mr. C Beverly Hills under the new management team of Remington Hotels since August 2021, Victor is an experienced department head with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. With more than 25 years of dedicated service in property maintenance, he is skilled in Plumbing, Renovation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Remodeling, Repairs and Construction. Perez is a strong engineering professional who has graduated from Academy Pacific Hospitality College and developed leadership qualities throughout the years. His previous property experience included the transition from Guest Quarter Suites to the Doubletree by Hilton in Santa Monica. More recently, having led the Engineering Department for the past 10 out of his 20 year tenure at the 4-Diamond Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, Perez was responsible for this beautiful 342-room beachfront property with 30,000 SF of convention space, outdoor lounge space with 12 firepits, a 27,000-gallon swimming pool where he developed a successful team of engineering and maintenance professionals made up of 12 engineers, 4 painters and an administrative assistant.
