Developing and implementing a general strategy for culture and information for the Maardu community (including the Lasnamäe precinct of the Tallinn) and Harju county to align with the Maardu arenguplaan (plan of the strategic development of the Maardu community). Management of all cultural events for Maardu community including two big annual out-of-doors events: Spring and Autumn Fairs with average attendance 25000 visitors each.

International relations of the Board. Maintaining relations with international organizations Europol and Interpol. Contacting and building-up the relations with the relative bodies of the EU member states and other countries.

Working out of an annual budget for foreign relations of the Board. Managing of public relations projects of the Board. Follow-up analysis of activities. Reporting. Foreign Relations of the Board.

Introduce public information campaigns and conduct background research into campaign subject matter. Supervise development of public information materials and procedures for their use.

Host weekly press conferences and briefings. Make frequent radio and TV appearances on behalf of OSCE. Write and distribute press releases. Cultivate relationships with reporters, editors and producers. Monitor situation with local media.
