Responsible for Sales & Services (ECU & VEN). My top duties were:• Responsible for TRS & Top Drive (TESCO & TDS-11SA VARCO) annual and rolling monthly forecasting, job planning and feedback for successful S&OP.• P&L ownership and accountability for Part Sales, Field Services, Rental Services and Shop Services.• Ensure compliance with AMSS CSS – Ensure 100% CSS feedback is achieved and SQ Incidents reported with follow up and closure with customers• Progress updates submitted to BU VP, AMSS Director, Global After Market Sales and Service measuring progress against planned results (budget).• Manage shop personnel safely and efficiently to meet client demands.• Manage client relationships (Customer Account Management)• Oversight of rig surveys to ensure accurate information is gathered and passed onto the engineering department to produce application drawings and BOM’s.

In charge of the electrical maintenance equipment . Configuration and start- up of Caterpillar GENSET, SPS, ESP, AIB, FVD’s (GCS Electrospeed II, Vector VII, Altivar), electrical WEG motors , heavy crude oil engines, gas/oil separation, gas gathering and compression, equipment calibration, etc. Planning and developing of projects / SCADA systems into BERMEJO oil field.

I had to supervise the maintenance equipment. Coordinate and evaluate all well-site operations, in order to plan the equipment and staffing requirements. Installation and start-up of GENSET, motors (AC, DC, HYD),PLC's, mud pumps, mud pits, top drive system NOV (TDS11-SA), PLC’s , rotary table, draw works, Blow Out Preventer, electric house, shale shaker, accumulator, rig sense system MD Totco, sensors calibration and more

Maintenance for the equipment . SCADA systems development for pumping gas oil, which incorporates PLC’s (compactlogix and controllogix), FVD’s (Power flex), motors (WEG), pumps, industrial networks (modbus, profibus, devicenet).
