● Collaborate with legal, IT , and operations stakeholders to elicit and document businessrequirements for a variety of internal and external projects, including tracking systemsand process optimizations.● Develop detailed business and functional requirements, creating user stories,acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholderexpectations.● Conduct workshops and meetings to validate and refine requirements, ensuring clarityand traceability throughout the project lifecycle.● Support process analysis and documentation, identifying opportunities for workflowimprovements and automation within business operations.● Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system specifications,ensuring that development efforts align with defined objectives.● Support change management efforts, tracking and documenting requirement changesand communicating updates effectively to stakeholders.● Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing test plans, validating test results, andensuring that all requirements were met in final deliverables.● Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure alignmentbetween business needs and project outcomes.● Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions met business needsand were delivered to specification.
