Our approach combines the best of brand development, strategy, design thinking, craft, and fun to help companies achieve their goals.Our business continues to grow as we help leading companies in the financial, professional services, and technology industries find their awesome.I am a learner at heart who seeks to stay out of my comfort zone—from studying principles accounting and sustainability to pursuing a coaching degree. From becoming a design thinking expert to reading about five centuries of pillage in Latin America. I think deeply about culture and how to grow Agenda as the most employee-centric company in our industry.In my spare time, I run. Anything. 5Ks, 10Ks, ten milers, and half marathons. In 2021, I ran my first full marathon. It won’t be my last. I find many similarities between running and leading a company: stay humble; each race reveals who you are, and no matter how painful, there are always rewards at the end.I love what I do, and I’d love to share it with the world.
