As the Client Services team lead, I champion the customer service and retention goal of the firm by overseeing the operations of the Physical Doc. Mgt. team, Electronic Doc. Mgt. team and Ancillary Services team nationwide.Among other responsibilities, I ensure the efficient planning, build-up, implementation and closeout of client onboarding projects and prompt resolution of customers' complaints and/or questions. I am also responsible for developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance within the Client Services team.

DataGuard Document Management Limited is a start-up in Nigeria providing end-to-end services in the Records and Information Management space. It is the biggest archive company in West-Africa (in terms of box storage capacity), built to store above 250,000 standard archive boxes.Within the period I oversaw the Physical Doc. Mgt. operations; • I supervised, and successfully delivered within the stipulated time (3 months), the Abuja facility construction and ensured it is fully operational by onboarding two new clients, despite the coronavirus outbreak.• I was awarded the Go-Getter (Team Player) of the Year (CardinalStone Group Maiden Awards) (Dec 2019)• I deputized the Client Services team lead (a member of the management team overseeing operations) for over a quarter (February – May 2018) within which the firm’s client base rose by 40% and a growth of 88.95% was recorded in terms of box capacity. Also, the volume of activity increased by 1,727% QoQ.

DataGuard’s facility is a prefabricated structure which is 17meters high and covering a land area of ~6,000sqm. Construction activities started in December 2015 and lasted for one year and six months. I was an integral part of the building construction from its ideation to the execution stage.I supervised, and successfully delivered within stipulated time, the facility construction, valued over N1+ billion (~$3 million), dealing with over 20+ contractors and vendors.I negotiated directly with manufacturers (both international and local) in procuring materials which reduced the overall cost of the project by, at least, 70%I understudied a foreign building engineer/installer within 2 months of the building construction to complete the rest of the project. This arrangement saved the firm over N32 million (~$108,000) in wages alone. Additional savings were made on accommodation, feeding, transportation etc.

Key Responsibilities:- Update of daily floor transactions received from CSCS (Central Securities Clearing System) Plc. - - Receipt and documentation of share transfer forms for secondary market transaction and forwarding same to verification unit. - Reconciliation of shareholder accounts due to short-falls/over-stated shareholdings and dividends.- Liaising and rendering conclusive advice to I.T. unit on reconciliation issues. - Placing cautions on over-stated shareholder accounts and follow up on share buy-backs and dividend restitutions.- Monitoring and management of share capital errors/imbalances. - Liaising with CSCS Plc to generate settled buy, settled sell and certificates deposited reports for reconciliation purposes. - Initiating dividend splits and share transfers - Assisting relationship management with certificates deposited reports when issuing indemnity for certificate replacements.
