I am not one to back down from a good challenge. My fascination with learning has driven me to understand how people think and their behaviors.In my current role, I am teaching myself to master R. Utilizing this along with my interest in people’s decision-making, I am working to find key indicators of customer attrition to decrease drop-off and increase yield.
