Primary Duties:Strategy Generation Management:• Insures business unit needs are represented in the long term vision of platform technologies and solutions • Participates in the preparation of communication materials to present to business and IT leaders: (PowerPoint, etc.) • Participates in reviewing completeness of platform visions and strategies • Communicate benchmarking data and Best business practices on platform technology and services • Insures business unit needs are represented in the long term vision of platform technologies and solutions Demand Management: Identify key strategic business and functional requirements from Business Units and regions of the world  Communicate upcoming activity to internal infrastructure team to insure alignment on priorities and need.Customer Management:  Delivers quality customer service Measures customer satisfaction at defined cadence throughout the year Participates in customer meetings: (Staff meetings, operational meetings, strategic review meetings, etc.) Service focusedService Portfolio Management: Supports the development of global priorities and business plan objectives  Provides direction on the appropriate solution for deployment  Develops and communicates business value of global programs Governance: Collaborates with the Global Program Office, representing the business, to insure successful transition of approved projects from strategy and vision to implementation Insure Business Unit IT input is considered as part of IT infrastructure policiesFinancial Management: Understands IT initiatives in budget, (timing, magnitude, priority, etc.) Insures new/unplanned initiatives include complete infrastructure costs in their plans  Provides insight and transparency to IT service costs

Principal Duties: Own and drive day-to-day supplier cost, quality, delivery, and inventory issues.  Lead & perform all logistic activities to ensure best pricing on shipping of goods & timely deliveries to domestic and international customers.  Lead & perform material planning activities from raw materials to finished goods.  Execute material requisitions to support demands, reorder point, safety stock, and manually derived requirements.  Lead and facilitate supplier discussions to support material flow, projects, and escalations.  Lead and support contract creation and execution for key supplier relationship.  Monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive escalations.  Identify and develop new sources of supply when existing sources are inadequate.  Lead and support annual material standard cost reviews.  Lead month-end close activities, including inventory troubleshooting and adjustments
