Interaction with customers, via phone or email, resolving basic issues with Premier Pages or B2B Engagements. Build relationship with the internal and external sales teams, care team, collections, and ASR teams that support accounts to ensure the Customer Experience is complete. Reduce order fallout from Premier by handling fallout reports and customer 949 updates Sustain Specific Customer Premier Page Catalogs Sustain Specific Customer B2B Catalogs Work with Online teams to assist in driving customer online versus offline for order processing. Will primarily be measured on frictionless conversion and frictionless percent.
