A restaurant industry veteran with distinguished experience leading company and franchise operations in U.S. and also in international markets. This includes a decade with Brinker International’s flagship brand Chili’s as head of a multi-national franchise team to develop markets and oversee territories in North and South America. I formed a new company in 2005 to franchise Fish City Grill full-service seafood restaurants. As President and General Partner, my team opened and operated five locations in Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Later I guided and directed operations for Red Mark Development, master licensee for Texas, Which Wich Superior Sandwiches 2010 to 2014. I served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Development for MENAFEX, LLC (Frisco, TX and Dubai, UAE) 2014 to 2015 to provide brand adaptation expertise and operations support for U.S. companies expanding franchise operations to the Middle East. I’m currently a management consultant based in Austin, Texas assisting clients across the restaurant spectrum from local new concept start-ups to large established and iconic brands.
