I teach MYP science at the first IB World School in China’s Henan province and online teaching methods courses at a university in the United States. I have over a decade of experience teaching physical and social sciences in secondary schools, including several years in Germany where I was a pedagogical adviser in a renowned European School. I am a licensed educator in the USA and China, as well as in the UK, where I hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I have completed four university degrees, including a doctorate in K-12 curriculum and instruction. My professional mission is creating engaging and relevant learning opportunities for diverse learners while using culturally responsive pedagogy, as well as helping others learn to do the same! I am passionate about lifelong learning and global education.
