• Assisted Merck to acquire the major Veterinary vaccine Company in Brazil;
• Assisted PUIG to acquire a stake of traditional cosmetic company in Brazil;
• Assisted L’Oréal to acquire two important Companies in the cosmetic industry for almost US$1bi; and - Promoted from Associate to Manager in only 4 years due to consistently outstanding performances; and - The only tax.

As part of the tax litigation team was responsible for following a portfolio of 300 judicial and administrative lawsuits focused on indirect tax matters, which included the preparation of tax appeals, keeping track of deadlines and assisting on strategy for court cases.
