• Provide support for all of Division 02. Back up to the rest of the divisions throughout the organization.• Training all new HR reps and support new HR managers and HR Directors.• Conduct yearly HR trainings for all of HR Reps. Help facilitate HR Manager Trainings for all of HR Managers throughout the organization.Assist directors with interviews, onboarding & trainings for all new higher level positions.• Recruit, interview, evaluate, and assign staff to meet the organization’s needs.• Onboarding for all new hires.• Responsible for driving OFCCP compliance.• Work with HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, and other HR areas.• Provide council associated with associate relations and supports issue prevention, detection and resolution.Coach and develop HR Representatives.

• Conduct monthly training for all PH & SAL associates.• Training onboarding with new hires and transfers.• Present monthly safety metrics to management staff.• Facilitate all safety protocols for the BBS Process.
