Lead 25 admission staff members in reviewing applications for undergraduate and transfer admission; implement innovative application review models to strengthen work-life balance and accelerate new staff member training; implement WashU's inaugural year of reviewing applications without consideration of financial need (need-blind policy); liaise with internal and external strategic analysis teams to research test-optional policies, student success, and enrollment trends and practices.

Serve as lead admissions officer in recruitment and off-campus programming. Lead teaching staff in professional development experiences, on topics such as pedagogical strategies, standards reading and alignment, and data collection/analysis. Member of Positive Behavior Support team; support restorative justice initiatives. Head Varsity Coach for Boys Cross Country and Girls Soccer.

Managed and grew recruitment from high schools in New York and New Jersey. Four-year leader of College of Arts & Sciences selection committee; shaped and implemented institutional recruitment strategy and led committee to make final admissions decisions. Led multicultural recruitment efforts such as: coordinating Multicultural Celebration Weekend four years, for over 500 admitted students; advising 80 students a year in the Annika Rodriguez Scholars Program, and serving as office contact for college bound organizations such as the Washington University College Prep Program and LEDA. Served as professional mentor for three new staff members in transition to office. Liaised with Athletic Department; advised coaches in general admission as related to athletics.

Tutor middle/high school and college students in core academic subjects and ACT Prep. Coach students to cultivate strategies for academic success and confidence and help facilitate successful transitions to high school/college settings. Correspond with students and parents via e-mail and telephone to track progress and ensure support throughout school year

Memory Care Home Solutions is a non-profit organization dedicated to extending and improving quality time at home for families caring for loved ones with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease.
