As Process Integrator in BD I ensured the continued improvement of the Sales and Distribution processes for both ERP and satellite technologies which were further integrated into the most efficient one. Including: Consigned sales with 3rd party inventory control; Order entry process and EDI; Service invoicing and interface; Equipment control and profitability; Started the Robotic Process Automation mapping of opportunities to create a Automation CoE and start the more widespread usage of RPA for administrative processes.

Led the integration of Bard with BD as the sole responsible for legacy data, supporting the migration of both physical structure and operation processes from QAD to SAP. Prepared and validated all Material, Customer, Supplier and Tax master data objects, Warehouse and inventory data migration with 98.8% accuracy, Supported both SIT and UAT Reviewed and approved gate checking KPIs for Go-NoGo. Go Live on time in around on year and a good hypercare to ensure integration was a success. We were the first operation to be fully integrated in the world.

Responsible for all IT related activities and projects for CR Bard's operation in Brazil. Daily support and continuous improvement of all operations in all areas, managing 2-4 ERP consultants adapting QAD to the company's growing complexity on consigned sales, new tax laws and leading NFe 4.0 project. Automation of the following operational routines: Goods Receipt (physical and tax) with a reduction of 25% of the workload, equivalent to 1 FTE; Goods Return (sales and consignment) which reduced around 40% of the process workload and over 80% of the errors; Customer credit analysis was implement with Creditflow tool, linked to credit databases, document audit and credit release for sales order. In infrastructure I was responsible for Upgrading the windows server previously installed in desktops, boosting system traffic and availability, Upgrading company's laptop and mobile phone installed base, saving nearly 50% of the allocated budget; First operation to migrate to Windows 10; Also managed the operation's helpdesk support and SLAs.Praised for performance in business review of 2017.

After my graduate scheme was over I was offered a permanent position in the CHQ to work in the Back Office Competency Centre and Governance team. I was the Master Data Management functional lead and even served as the interim Vendors Business Process Owner.During the 3 years I led the development and technical deployment of the Global Master Data management tool, from data standards definition, cleansing reports, project planning, developers management, testing, documenting a validated application, managing the support team the change process for it. The tool was implemented in all sites, integrating to two different ERPs in 17 instances and bringing a new global process for that object management. The second object is being deployed across the Globe in phase 2. The Business benefits have already been realized for phase 1.This project had me working with several stakeholders and business process owners to define the new landscape of master data management in the company.

Selected for the Global talent graduate scheme I worked in all levels of the IS - Information Systems - organization, namely Local, Regional and Global in both Commercial and Supply teams.Gained great functional experience in IT systems project life cycle being responsible for several projects during the graduate period and also good end-to-end process understanding. Working in a very complex business environment the IS team is responsible for enabling the Business strategy through optimized back office processes and innovative front office solutions.I was responsible for the whole project life, from the initiation’s requirement gathering, planning and stakeholder’s engagement through 3rd party developer’s management, solution testing and documentation, user training, benefits realization and handover, and also usually extended to the solution governance and change management and support other team members when necessary.- Under the Local assignment based in Sao Paulo I led the new tool and process for the NPS PO Management, Employee Expenses management and the Marketing Spend management for scenario planning, budget control and business scenario reporting.- The Regional assignment I was transferred to Argentina and also supported Chile’s office, there I deployed all tools from the Local assignment and worked in the scanner integration and new WMS and supported the business for a green Internal audit.- The Global assignment got me transferred to the UK where I led the global sourcing SAAS tool project for the Global Procurement team and was the PMO for the Global Supply Competency Centre and supported the Validation team.

Selected in an internship process in the campus as a Commercial Intern. My main attributions were contact and negotiation with B2B clients, freight companies and inter-company goods import. I was also responsible for the administrative routine namely: Sales and Purchases Orders input, stock control, satisfaction surveys, reports development and legal documentation renewing.

Joined as a call centre agent but I was selected during training to be the Subject Matter Expert of the operation for showing a greater understanding of the process and technically of the main working tools.I was responsible for the internal assistance to all other agents, managers, auditors and supervisors and was part of the process definitions. I also held the responsibility of the internal network communication and support in training and calibration sessions, including training the team in new operation processes.

Teaching English to all ages and levels with several classes and very positive feedback from my students.Closely supporting their learning through innovative methods and personal connection, understanding where and why the students had difficulties, to find alternative ways of helping them learn and practice. I was also translating non-official documentation and occasionally serving as interpreter.
