Lead a Cross-Screen Measurement cross functional team that provides innovative insights to advertisers, so that they can optimize their advertisement investments on both TV and online. Provide and go beyond the traditional metrics of Reach, GRPC, and Frequency by providing Multi-Touch Business Outcome Attribution, Cost, and Waste on a Target Audience. Provide directional and actionable data that will drive future optimizations. Managed the Core Services team, which supports all of the functionality and services for online Users, back office tools, and offline payment processing of renewal and installment subscriptions. Worked closely with Product and other department leaders to deliver features in an architecturally clean and timely manner. Drove and owned the technical roadmap to continually improve stability and response times, migrate from a monolithic web app to Microservices, and implement CICD best practices. Leverage NoSQL and Event Orientated Architecture to optimize the response times to our Customers. Key Initiatives:- Overhaul and streamline the legacy Communication Feature, where we moved from Oracle RDMS to MongoDB on Atlas(MongoDB’s hosted cloud based solution), port over the complex legacy requirements to the new streamlined feature requirements, collaborate with client platform teams to ensure clean rollout.- Evangelize Swagger to ensure up to date API documentation- Revise Login and Registration implementation to strengthen application level security and mitigate impact of attacks.- In non-Prod, proactively test how the application handles various service and system failures for the purpose of determining and prioritizing areas of improvement.

As an Oracle Partner and consultant, we support various client applications with Oracle Database, Java, PHP, PL/SQL and/or other Oracle Applications, like Forms, Portal, and Service Orchestration. Working in small teams, we supported customers with consistent status meetings, demonstrations, and occasionally work full-time onsite. As consultants, we quickly gained domain knowledge of the customer needs and requirements to support their business and adapt to their technical stack.
