I managed the daily production for a 160k square foot manufacturer with a staff of 40+ production workers. All production information sign offs were my responsibility as well as production purchasing sign offs. I was responsible for the interviewing and hiring/firing for production. In addition, I had the added responsibility of Project Manager for the largest account for the company, Bob Evans Farms, this was a $2.5 million-dollar account. I was responsible for 25-40 remodels per year with budgets ranging from $125k to $300k.

My full-time Key Management Position had the sole responsibility for the Projects Department, I reported directly to ownership. The department was made up of the following areas: Product Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing Sourcing. In addition I was responsible for all master scheduling, factory contact (overnight & overseas), contract and price negotiation for all new and existing products.
