 Conduct regular inspections, calibration and repair of tooling equipment’s used in the production areas (such as weighing/analytical balances, pressure gauges and transmitters, humidity sensors etc), Quality Control Laboratory and at In-process Control Rooms (such as Density meters, HPLC's, UV Spectrophotometer, Viscometer, Oven, Biosafety Cabinet, Fume Hood, Incubator, Autoclave, Tablet Disintegration Tester, Moisture Balance, Hardness Tester etc ). Carry out HVAC testing, monitoring, calibration and air flow balancing with the help of standard electronic calibrators following standard (ISO and USP) principles. Develop reports, records and certificates for completed calibration or repairs.  Daily monitoring of production rooms temperature/humidity devices and differential pressure device for the entire production facility and resolve any deviation following in-house operating standard. Conduct training for lab analyst, machine operators on equipment operations, care and cleaning. Utilize best practice for preparing standard operating procedures and schedules for instruments, equipment and machines used in the facility. Generate and keep track of preventive maintenance schedules, calibration schedules (both in-house and external) of the entire production equipment and machines being used. Execute machine qualification protocols, result and report validation of the entire pharmaceutical production machines used in the facility. Provide timely, consistent and complete feedback and report to the engineering manager, maintenance manager, compliance manager and Senior QA/QC managers/officers.

- Coordinated electrical technicians on sites, by scheduling them on daily work task.- Conducted electrical installations, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance in residential homes or facility (such as electrical piping, wiring fittings installations).- Managed external vendors for civil works and materials needed at sites. -Maintained daily, weekly and monthly records of all pending and completed work activities.

-Tour property daily to look for needed maintenance, areas of concern and then report to the head of maintenance manager. - Keeps track of the number of times repairs are repeated on machines and equipment or machines.- Assist in carrying out repair of faulted system and areas in the facility with a technical team.- Supervise and assist external vendors on machine and system maintenance and renovations.- Responsible for the proper storage of all maintenance tools and working equipments. - Perform daily electrical load recording, daily diesel level record, and water readings of the facility.
