I fulfill numerous roles with US Senator Rick Scott. These include assisting the outreach process, assisting the casework process, interviewing and training new staff and interns, as well as constituent relations and assistance.

I use financial skills and knowledge to verify amounts of cash (up to 100,000 dollars a day), checks, lottery, and money transfers. Customer service is utilized for transactions involving gift cards, checks, money orders, money transfers, and lottery. I have an extensive knowledge of the retail process and have gained advanced knowledge on the financial and logistical side of a successful department.
