With over 5 years of experience in consulting and operations, I am passionate about driving strategic growth and innovation at HANNE BLOCH, a sustainable fashion brand that empowers women to express their individuality with confidence. As the Head of Operations, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all operational activities, including production, logistics, inventory, and customer service. More important than any of that: keeping all our employees happy & engaged. I leverage my skills in leadership, research, and public speaking to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, identify and solve complex problems, and communicate the vision and values of the brand. Previously, I was a Senior Consultant at INVERTO, a BCG company, where I helped clients across various industries optimize their procurement and supply chain processes. I also hold a BA in Social and Evolutionary Psychology from Yale University and an MA in Educational Leadership from UCL, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and decision-making.
