EdTech company in the field of art, psychology and science.I managed the growth of key funnel metrics such as conversion to lead and average revenue per paying user. My work resulted in 64% average growth of 16 company's courses (up to 178% in some cases).Also I struggled to find market proposition of poor-performing courses. After the series of JTBD interviews and competitors research I managed the team to remake landing page of scriptwriting and psychology courses which resulted in x8 revenue growth and 32% ARPPU growth accordingly.

Product: zero-code AI chatbot platform.I worked as a PM to deliver key features for B2B customers and individual platform users. During the year I prototyped and deliver 7 large and 25 medium-size features which helped the company to close large B2B contracts successfully. One of the features increased the speed of chatbot creation by 30%.Also, I organized and managed the JTBD, content, design, and landing update processes.

Project office: business process automation through AI chatbots.Successfully launched 4 pilot projects for medium and large enterprises. These projects were converted into 3 subscription agreements and one large 2.5 mln. rub. project.
