My name is Sijing Yuan. I have received my Honours of Bachelor's degree in Commerce, minor Economics from The McMaster University Michael DeGroote School of Business at the Feb of 2022. During my undergraduate studies, I had a great passion and curiosity for the finance and consulting industry. I have interned in different functions of the financial services and consulting industries. I gained many transferable skills such as analytical and critical thinking skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Through these internship experiences in different industries, I realized the importance and necessity of macro analysis in any industry and different job functions. I am currently pursuing a Master of Management in Accounting program at the University of Melbourne. I will focus on the analysis of economic policy and the practical application of legal regulations to bridge my skill gaps, and I believe that I will have a greater understanding of accounting analysis tools and how to integrate auditing and lawmaking into the practice of the business community, no matter what I do in the future.
