Leading diverse and cross functional teams helped me become a global citizen, an inclusive leader, and break imaginary borders. I have improved flexibility, resilience, and adaptability over the years while living in cities across the US, Brazil, and New Zealand.Connecting with people from various backgrounds is something I truly enjoy as I believe we need to leverage the power of our differences to build stronger, more innovative, and high-performing teams. I am an infinite learner and passionate about exponential technologies such as blockchain, AI, VR/AR, IoT and robotics and how they can be used to enhance our human experience, society, and environmental conditions.For the past decade, I have been helping companies build trust, innovate, and solve important business problems. At PwC US and Brazil I have gained professional experience in business risk management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. In 2016, I became interested in blockchain, which led me to a fascinating journey to better understand our current systems and decided to support the growth of this new decentralized economy. In 2021 I co-founded an organization called Play4Change DAO that generates social transformation in underserved areas of Brazil leveraging web3. It navigates the intersection of crypto education, social impact and games. I am also the Co-CEO at IMPACTO, a startup that developed an ESG platform to support NGOs funding their social projects through companies, employees, and donors with trust, transparency, and efficiency. Lastly I am the Chief Web3 Officer at QINV, a startup that democratizes access to high performing quantitative investments in cryptoassets optimized by artificial intelligence algorithms.We are building a future where opportunities in life are not limited by place of birth, family connections, or looks.
