I focus on the management and direction of direct or third-party companies, strategies, implementation of digital technology and gaining results.↗️ Experience and RecognitionI am the owner and CEO of 2 solid companies in Peru in the construction and hotel machinery sector with 27 and 4 years, respectively, both operating at their maximum capacity.In 2022 we created and developed a VIASA company asset in Brazil. This was created digitally, grew during the pandemic and was sold to a Brazilian businessman.Until 2019, he had created, invested in, and managed companies in Peru and Brazil in the digital technology, apps, digital marketing, hotel, craft beer, construction machinery, restaurant, and consulting sectors, among others.In 2017, upon returning from the MBA, I began to share in public talks.In 2015, I finished as a dependent engineer. I built more than 60 houses, 1 School, 1 Health Center in a mining project, achieving recognition by the management of the multinational Bechtel for optimizing project control time x8, in addition to the execution of 1 building with 64 apartments in Lima, where I implemented the Lean philosophy.↗️ Education and formationI was born in an entrepreneurial and business ecosystem, which I consolidated with an MBA in Barcelona, in addition to talking with different mentors such as the Argentine businessman Alejandro Motta.I have knowledge and skills in Civil Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Technology, Neuroscience, Psychology and Philosophy for personal development and high performance, Import and Export, Improvisation, Project Productivity, Business Standardization, Project Management, among others technology, leadership, communication, data engineering thanks to the internet and books.My greatest personal achievement is having gained the ability to be a communicative and assertive person, as well as being passionate about sharing knowledge, learning and develop new projects with new challenges.
