As Director of Operations at KAVAK, I had the opportunity to lead and coordinate all operational activities of the company. One of my main achievements was the launch of operations in three states, which involved opening new facilities, implementing efficient operational processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.During my tenure, I was responsible for managing a high-performance team of over 1000 people in various areas, such as logistics, manufacturing, quality, industrial maintenance, among others. I was committed to recruiting, training, and developing these professionals, always striving to create a healthy and productive work environment.One of my responsibilities was to have an end-to-end view of KAVAK's operational chain. This involved overseeing all stages, from vehicle acquisition to customer delivery. I managed the manufacturing, logistics, quality, and process control areas, constantly striving for operational excellence and continuous improvement.Furthermore, it was my responsibility to manage the operations' profit and loss (P&L), monitoring the budget and financial results. I analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) and made strategic decisions to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.I also supervised industrial maintenance activities to ensure the availability and proper functioning of facilities.Finally, as Director of Operations, my responsibilities included promoting a safe work environment in compliance with occupational safety standards. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, being responsible for the planned maintenance area of ​​the plant, with the management of a team of 01 Maintenance Supervisor, 03 team leaders, 30 direct employees.- Structuring of the Planned Maintenance Strategy (Master Plan, Definition and Measurement of Performance Goals);- Preparation and Control of Annual Budget with respect to expenses, people cost, and CAPEX, in view of the best use of resources to support the evolution of the plant's performance (direct management over 20MM / year);- Implementation of structured tools for problem solving, including Root Cause Analysis, PM Card, and Improvement Groups (Kaizen, CAPDo, PDCA Cycle);- Support close to the operational team, on the factory floor, checking the needs, opportunities for improvement and providing support in solving complex problems;- Execution of Governance Routines, including Daily Meetings (Performance and Safety at Work), Weekly and Monthly, with the objective of engaging the team, and extracting results in line with business objectives;- Active participation in the entire quality process, leading a meeting of quick response and quality control on the factory floor;- Performance and maintenance of certificates in various audits;- Close monitoring of KPI’s, ensuring evolution in performance and service level, a gain reflected in the reduction of UPDT (Unscheduled stops) by approximately 30%;- Proposition of improvement projects, focusing on increasing the product margin, through cost optimization and industrial performance;

Reporting to Plant Manager, being responsible for the production area with team management with 03 Filling Supervisors, 01 Process Supervisor, 03 team leaders, 250 direct employees.- Responsible for the systemic management of a plant with different technologies, namely, manufacture and packaging of aerosol products (complexity of Area Classification EX), liquids, powders and sanitary blocks / bars;- Preparation and Control of Annual Budget with regard to expenses, people cost, and CAPEX, in order to better use resources to support the evolution of the plant's performance;- Main focus on the leadership of the shop floor, with supervisors and area leaders, ensuring full service level service, with a focus on employee safety and product quality, in view of the end consumer;- Implementation of daily production meeting integrating all support areas.- Development of a Training and Capacity Building Program, aiming at the implementation of an Autonomous Maintenance program at the plant, in view of the best practices of TPM;- Close monitoring of KPI's, ensuring evolution in performance and service level, a gain reflected in the increase in the average efficiency of the plant from 48% to 65%, resulting in a significant gain in the product margin and in the plant's revenue, due to the reduction in the level of outsourcing;
