In addition to having Ambev in Brazil, Anheuser-Busch Inbev has a catalog of more than 200 leading sales brands, such as Budweiser, Corona, Beck's and Stella Artois; having a market value of US$213 billion.As a specialist product designer at the company, I worked within the company's B2B digital sales platform called BEES, working on the global design team that takes care of the 13 countries in which BEES has operations. Working in Search, Algorithmic Selling and Web squads; Playing the role of product designer inserted in agile teams, working with the Double Diamond design process, where I am responsible for acting in all stages of building the solutions, from Discovery to Delivery, Hand-Off and monitoring of metrics related to products in which I work.

The bank is present in 20 countries in addition to Brazil, with large retail operations mainly in 5 countries in Latin America.As a member of the Regional User Experience team in Latin America, I worked as a product designer working on the bank's digital channels and in structuring projects for the UX area. Playing a role of Center of Excellence in User Experience for Itaú's 5 units in Latin America, always applying agile methodology, design thinking and Design Sprints with user-centered design.

Gympass is a corporate benefit that gives access to thousands of gyms around the world for a fixed monthly amount. Present in more than 13 countries (Americas and Europe), it has more than 800,000 registered users and the application has more than 500,000 installations in the Google Play Store.As a member of the global user experience team, I focused on the conversion team, delivering solutions that were primarily aimed at boosting Gympass conversion rates. The design process is based on double diamond, where I was responsible for acting in the discovery, definition, development and delivery phases of the initiatives developed by the team.

Saraiva is a Brazilian retail company with more than 100 years of market and one of the main bookstores in the country, with more than 100 stores in Brazil. It was pioneer in virtual stores and today has one of the largest e-commerces in the country, mainly in the category of books.As a UX Designer of the site, I worked focused on the logged area of ​​the clients and in the whole process related to the post-sale. Applying the tools and processes of Design Thinking, Lean UX and Design Sprint to raise the users' real needs and reconcile with the needs of the company, with the aim of improving the customer experience considering all moments of interaction with Saraiva, not just the website context.I was responsible for creating navigable prototypes for testing and stakeholder validation cycles through A / B and Usability Testing to mature solutions until they are rolled out permanently. The entire UX process works in sync with the development teams and all stakeholders, flow assured through Agile methodology and daily interaction between teams. The documentation of the processes and technical specification of all the solutions generated for the Site are also a great part of the daily work.

MJV is a pioneering innovation consultancy working with the Design Thinking methodology in Brazil, developing projects for large companies such as Bradesco, Coca-Cola, SulAmérica, Santander and Sírio-Libanês Hospital. The company has more than 20 years of market and has a team of 600 employees in offices in Brazil, Europe and the United States. In this position I was responsible for working in multidisciplinary project teams, applying the methodology of Design Thinking and Lean UX from the understanding of stakeholder and business needs to the prototyping and implementation of the proposed solutions. I worked on several projects with very different objectives, being able to propose digital and analog solutions within different contexts.

Doubleleft is an advertising agency focused on developing websites, applications and games for large companies such as PepsiCo, AmBev, Unilever, Adria and Grupo Pão de Açúcar. The company is part of the Flag CX group, which has a team of 500 employees in more than 20 units spread worldwide. As a projects and quality assurance assistant, I was responsible for planning and managing the deliveries of Creation and Development teams, running co-creation meetings, and doing recurring stakeholders validations. Also making frequent validations of quality-assurance in applications, sites and games and helping development and creation teams to solve problems and develop improvements.
