Current• Provide up-to-date procedures, tools and spare part structures, diagnostics tools, system calibration, recovery sequences, and plans to reduce unexpected systems failures.• Initiate, review, and implement Engineering Changes, Field Change Orders (FCO), and Software patches/Service Packs on Wafer Handler modules/systems. • Define roadmaps(cycle time and labor hours) to meet requirements, goals, and milestones for New Product Introduction (NPI), and Existing Product performance… Show more • Provide up-to-date procedures, tools and spare part structures, diagnostics tools, system calibration, recovery sequences, and plans to reduce unexpected systems failures.• Initiate, review, and implement Engineering Changes, Field Change Orders (FCO), and Software patches/Service Packs on Wafer Handler modules/systems. • Define roadmaps(cycle time and labor hours) to meet requirements, goals, and milestones for New Product Introduction (NPI), and Existing Product performance upgrades and support.• Analyse manufacturing problems in the design phase and improve the manufacturability of the product; pointing out structural problems and bottlenecks.• Develop processes that increase efficiency, increase quality, decrease cycle times, decrease yield and reliability.• Create and give presentations to transfer technical knowledge from development to operations in an understandable manner to the Customers, Field Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer.• Support for functionality, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, software, and sub-components of the DUV lithography systems (Wafer Handler Module) for new product introduction and/or existing product upgrades.
