In my professional practices, I am dedicated to the documentation and standardization of key processes, developing understandable guidelines to optimize the work of the area and facilitate the integration of new collaborators. In addition, I work on the implementation of dashboards that allow effective monitoring of performance and quality, which involves the analysis and visualization of critical data for decision making.I am also responsible for creating and managing a strategic communication plan, ensuring that relevant information efficiently reaches all teams involved. I perform SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, proposing actions to improve processes and results. Designing and applying service surveys is another part of my role, in order to evaluate user perception and look for areas of improvement.Additionally, I propose methods to calculate capacities and manage workload allocation, optimizing team performance. Finally, I carry out an improvement project that seeks to innovate and add value to the area. To achieve this, I collaborate and negotiate with different teams and areas of the company, coordinating efforts and aligning objectives to ensure the success of the initiatives.
