After 15 years as an entrepreneur within the automotive business I feel blessed to say that I managed to sell the very first company I ever started. This ambitious goal was achieved thanks to a groundbreaking e-commerce platform which enabled a more accurate service for our customers than the competition could offer. After establishing the head quarter in Eskilstuna as a proof of concept, a roll out of the brand and concept was initiated in the form of franchise. When we handed over the company to its new owners we had established 18 branches in Sweden and Denmark, continuous AAA rating, and best-in-class customer satisfaction rates according to Reco.se, awarding us Recommended Company 6 years in a row. The Project/Company;In 2010 we had the honor to become the youngest official representatives for Morgan Cars in the history of the brand. Our focus was to create a welcoming and genuine atmosphere in an old brick stable in connection to Taxinge Castle. After 6 months of renovating the stable ourselves, we had the grand opening. In this showroom we welcomed sport cars enthusiasts to buy handcrafted Morgan cars, accessories or rent a Morgan for the day. In addition to this, we became the exclusive agents for the Birkin Cars - a quality replica of the Lotus Super Seven.During this period, we came up with the idea of gathering all British car clubs once a year at Taxinge Castle as a way of promoting our business and location. We launched the event as "Britmeet" and it was an instant success, attracting more than 180 cars the first year, without any marketing budget.DriverShop was a niche webshop focusing on providing sports cars enthusiasts a wide assortment of lifestyle accessories such as Swedish leather helmets, Italian driving gloves, goggles, racing leather bags, and English car related art etc. My responsibilities;Sales and Rentals, establishing contract with the factories, shaking of the Royal Queen and King's hand, Chief of Inventorial Exquisiteness (car washing, lots of car washing)

The project/company;We acquired a technology from a bankrupt company called DieselTech - an electronic tuning device for trucks and cars. We relaunched the entire company and built a network of 40 retailers in Sweden the first year. For the transportation industry the products were called Trans-Eco and focus was on fuel savings.My role;I established the necessary contacts and renewed the contracts with German suppliers, built the network of retailers, managed sales towards all private end users as well as new and existing retailers.

The project/company;CabCar was the very first business idea I launched: we were among the very first webshops offering rims and tires to end consumers in Sweden. We were a part of the digitalization of a very conservative industry, making the suppliers go from printed product lists to digital, enabling us to offer customers to purchase directly from one of Europe´s largest suppliers in a drop-shipping solution. Together with my brother Douglas I handled everything from sales, shipping, contracts, purchasing etc alongside high school. Along CabCar we also established CabSea - the same idea but within marine accessories.
