Current- Offers consulting services in Optics and Solid-State Lasers for Bio-Medical Applications, including Product Definition, Prototype Design and Development, R&D Strategy, Clinical Feasibility Studies and IP assessment. Expertise in direct diode, diode- and flashlamp-pumped lasers, stable/unstable resonator design with diffraction modeling, passive and active Q-switching, mode-locking, injection seeding, regenerative amplification, spectral selection, and nonlinear frequency conversion. Extensive experience in laser beam delivery, handpiece design, spatial and temporal beam modification, coherent and non-coherent image formation and transfer, optical, electrical and thermal sensing and detection, feedback signal processing and control automation.- Highly capable team of 5 staff members with 3 PhDs (Solid-State Physics, Quantum Electronics, Optical Engineering). FEA Numerical Modeling, Matlab, Femlab, ZEMAX, LasCAD, FFT Resonator Design, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, home-made software.
